Purchases:

At this time rainadelmagick.com and rainadelmar are able to process online transactions through our secure server on Mal's E-commerce. We currently accept Mastercard and VISA, and easy payment through Paypal Express Checkout. (Paypal may require that you have a verified address currently on file. If so, and you do not, we will be unable to complete your order per their rules). You may also send a Cashiers Check or Money Order in order to facilitate payment of your purchase. Personal Checks may be accepted with prior approval from RDM (please note that your order may take 5-7 days longer to ship as we wait for the bank to clear the check).

If your credit card is rejected for any reason you will be notified within 24 hours by email and given the option to complete the order with an alternative payment method.

We reserve the right to reject any transaction that comes to our attention as being suspicious or fraudulent and will immediately report such information to the proper authorities for further investigation.

Shipping:

Shipping and insurance (where deemed appropriate) are included in the purchase price of the item unless stated otherwise. Please note that where not included, we strongly suggest you add insurance for the shipment of your items. If you do not select insurance, where offered, we will not be held responsible for any damage, theft or loss of your items in transit.

We ship all items via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated or requested. Your items will be securely packaged in order to protect fragile materials. We do not use Styrofoam packing peanuts. If we do utilize any type of foam peanuts they will be made of biodegradable vegetable based matter and can be composted.

Returns:

Our goal is to leave you feeling inspired, excited and thrilled with your treasures. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us immediately. We will do our absolute best to describe items accurately. If you choose to return an item for any reason other than damage you will be required to pay for the shipping costs incurred to and from.

Appointments:

Your scheduled appointment is an agreed-upon commitment of both of our time. I must require that you contact me to re-schedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours beforehand. If you do not, I will request a fee of $15.00 for the missed appointment. If you have an emergency please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate your needs and we will re-schedule.
